Drill hole to the desired hole depth and diameter typically 1/8" larger than threaded rod, 1/4" larger than rebar). For screen anchors, drill1/8"larger than screen diameter. |

Remove "D" plugs from tip of cartridge. Adjust air pressure
to about 5-10 psi. |

Anchoring into Concrete: Place nozzle to the back of the hole and dispense, while slowly withdrawing nozzle. Fill hole to about 1/2 - 2/3 full. (Proceed to step 10) |

Insert an air nozzle into the bottom of the hole and blow out the loose dust. |

Prior to attaching mixer nozzle, verify flow of both components by dispensing a small amount of material (this will also ensure cartridge chambers are equalized). |

Anchoring into hollow brick masonry: Insert nozzle all the way to the back of the screen and dispense, slowly withdraw nozzle, filling screen completely. |

Use nylon hole brush to dislodge compacted drilling dust and repeat step #2. |

Attach mixer nozzle and secure with retainer nut. Increase air pressure as desired to a maximum of 80 psi. |

Insert epoxy filled screen into drilled hole. |

Place cartridge into dispenser and lock in place. Connect to regulated source. Never exceed 80 psi air pressure to dispenser. Note: Manual dispensing tool can also be used. |

Extrude epoxy until a solid gray mix is achieved.

Insert anchor with a slight twisting motion to allow epoxy to encompass threads. Allow to cure undisturbed for time period noted in Product Data Sheet. |
